Our Think Tank has quickly attracted CSR scholars from Harvard, Cornell, Stanford, Penn and other prominent national and international institutions. Our collaboration with leading scholars enables us to provide extensive contemporary research including case studies, articles and publications on CSR to offer businesses the information, data, workable strategies and opportunities they need to more efficiently accomplish the greater good they seek. It also fosters corporate partnering with nonprofits whose mission they find compatible.
We have already commissioned and completed ten research studies by leading scholars and three videos depicting successful for-profit/nonprofit partnerships.
Together with the University of Pennsylvania (one of our University affiliates), we launched the first MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) on CSR on the trailblazing MIT-Harvard edX online learning platform. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): A Strategic Approach is open to all at no charge. Those who successfully complete it will be awarded a signed certificate of achievement. Currently, about 4,000 people have enrolled in the course to gain a deeper understanding of CSR. Many have said they find the subject matter illuminating, and that it will enable them to develop, improve and/or benchmark a CSR program to their company’s interest. Of the 3,000 enrolled, 43% have an advanced degree and more than 45% have a college degree.
